1. Currency
   All rates are in us dollars based on market value.
2. Driver’s Age
   Driver must be over 23 years old with a minimum of two- years driving experience for groups A, B,C ,D ,E &F .
   25 years old for groups G, H, I, J, K, L & M.
3. Drivers License
   A valid driving license is mandatory. A personal identification is required for any rental.
4. Our Rates Include
   Full maintenance.
   Unlimited mileage above 3 days, for 1 and 2 days 200 kms/day are included. Additional km fee will apply.
   The customer is responsible for the following amounts in case of accident:
   500 $ for groups A , B , C ,D ,E
   1,200$ for groups F,G ,H ,I
   2,500$ for groups J, K, L, M
   War invasion and hold up are not covered by insurance, 20% of car value deductible to be paid in case of theft.
5. Terms of Payment
   All major credit cards are accepted.
   The name on the credit card should be the same as the name of the person who will be driving the car.
   Payment in advance for the rental period.
   Plus a deposit amount for insurance upon the delivery of the car. This amount is refundable if the car is not damaged upon return.
6. Rental Period
   The minimum duration for any rental is 5 days, any delays over this period will automatically be charged as a full day.
   Drivers are available for 30$ per day (8 hours) , 50$ (12 hours).
7. Taxes
   VAT is not included; VAT will be added to the total of the invoice.
8. Radio, Personal Effects
   Insurance does not cover radio and personal effects.
9. Gas
   Gas is not included. The car must be refilled up before return otherwise a full tank will be charged.

11. Cancellation
    In case of cancellation Race Rent a Car will deduct a full day fee + transfer fee
    Car rental periods are not automatically renewed or extended. A request to extend the rental period is treated as a new reservation and is subject to availability and to new pricing and new contract, at Race Rent a Car own discretion.
    In case of an early termination of the rental contract by the client, Race Rent a Car will refund the remaining money from the unused period less one day car rent plus transfer fees.

12. Restricted Countries
    Due to regulatory and compliance requirements, Race Rent a Car does not provide services to individuals or entities from the following countries: Iran, Syria, Russia, North Korea, Cuba, and Israel. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any bookings originating from or associated with these jurisdictions.

Race Rent a Car does not guarantee the availability of the color or brand of any car, but will provide a similar car of equal or better value in case of unavailability of the original requested car.

The name on the credit card should be the same as the name of the person driving / hiring the car, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
